Serving Our Communities

The Western Clinton County Municipal Authority is a local public utility in Renovo, PA, that manages essential water treatment, distribution, and waste water collection services.

In October of 1970 the Western Clinton County Municipal Authority became Incorporated. In 1971, Hill and Hill Associates of North East, PA were selected to do the plant design for the Sewer System that is located at the East end of the Renovo Borough. Completed in June of 1976 the Authority has operated up until January 2026 as the sole sewer treatment plant. In January of 2026 WCCMА merged with the Surrounding Boroughs to manage water and sewer for the following Townships and Boroughs.
