Billing & Payments

QUARTERLY BILLING beginning January 1, 2026

• $108.00 PER ONE WATER UNIT ONLY - if applicable ($432.00 per year)

• $108.00 PER ONE SEWER UNIT   if applicable ($432.00 per year)

• $216.00 COMBINED ONE WATER AND ONE SEWER UNIT ($864.00 per year)

• Commercial Accounts will be charged by applicable rates.

All water billing account numbers will cease to exist and WCCMA account numbers will be used for all customer accounts. Any water customers without a sewer bill will receive a new account number.

You will not receive a Quarterly bill if there is no balance owed on your account.

Payments can be sent by mail or paid directly at the WCCMA Office located at 365 Huron Avenue, beneath the Renovo Post Office. Check, cash or money orders accepted

A payment box is located outside the office door for after hour payments. NO CASH ! ! !

Online payments can be made by linking on to the Renovo Borough website and clicking on the WCCMA Payment box. You will be directed there to set up an online account.

Payment Plans are offered and can be discussed with Office personnel.

Monthly payments will be accepted in the amount of $72.00 per month if account is kept current. This is for customers with one (1) water and one (1) sewer unit. There must be a zero balance on your account to be eligible to begin this payment plan on January 1, 2026.

No Dormant water fees will continue to exist. All accounts will be charged per unit if within 150 feet of connection line per Rules and Regulations of the Western Clinton County Municipal Authority.

Only Commercial or Residential units that have been condemned, listed uninhabitable and have had the lines cut, capped and inspected by the WCCMA operators will not receive a bill. Accounts must also be paid in full.

Please note when a property is Shut off for an unpaid balance, owners will be expected to pay the balance in full along with the additional Shut Off and Turn On fees in the amount of $500.00 to be returned to an active status.
