Water & Sewer Service
The Western Clinton County Municipal Authority provides water and sewer service to residential and commercial customers throughout the region. Effective January 1, 2026, all billing is handled directly through the WCCMA under a unified quarterly billing system. All former Renovo Borough Water Authority, Chapman Township Water Authority, and South Renovo Borough Water customer account numbers have been transitioned to WCCMA account numbers.
